Toshiba has announced that it plans to launch a Honeycomb tablet in Middle-East next month. The tablet was released in the United States recently under the name – Thrive, but gulf region will get it under the name of Regza, which was the original name in Japan.
The launch is scheduled for the third week of August and UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman will be getting the tablet in the region.

Toshiba Regza features 10.1 inch “Adaptive Display”, nVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 1GB RAM, 16 GB Internal Memory, 5MP primary camera, and 2MP front camera.
Varghese also stated that while Regza is a 10 inch display tablet, company is also planning to launch 11.6 inch and 7 inch Android tablets in the future.
