Samsung has released a new PMP Galaxy Player 3.6 (YP-GS1) in South Korea yesterday. It has been priced at 200,000 won ($174) for 8GB version and 240,000 won ($209) for the 16GB version and will be available starting January 16.

Samsung is going to release the pure white version of two of its Honeycomb tablet in Vietnam after Tết (Vietnamese New Year), reported VNexpress. There is no word on the price but is expected to slightly higher than the normal version.

Asus has officially announced via its Facebook page that it will start selling Transformer Prime from January 19 in Malaysia. This quad core tablet will be priced at RM2199 for the Wi-Fi only 32 GB version and keyboard dock included.

Motorola has started selling Xoom 2 in Singapore starting today. Only the 3G+WiFi 32 GBV version is available in the country and has been priced at S$978. Company is also running a promotional offer, in which first 200 customers will get a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for free with the purchase.

Samsung has started selling Galaxy Nexus in Malaysia. It is currently available only at Samsung Elite Partners (SEP) stores, while it will go on sale everywhere soon. Galaxy Nexus has been priced at RM2,099, while you can also opt for cheaper plans for DiGi or Celcom.

NTT Docomo has announced the launch of Prada Phone by LG 3.0 in Japan. Telecom operator will start taking the pre-orders from January 17, while it will be actually available starting January 26.

Samsung has officially launched two Honeycomb tablets today in Singapore. These tablets are Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Galaxy Tab 7.7, while the former will be available this month for S$768, latter will go on sale next month for S$898.
